Hi all, welcome to my blog for YOUR wellness.

This is the place to be to find what YOU need for everything from diet and exercise to emotional well-being........ok, that sounds almost painful doesn't it? It's not, trust me! Challenge? YES! The end result will sooooo be worth the challenge.


This is where you will begin to look at your life and the choices you make for this fabulous life of YOURS in a different yet achievable way. 


This is where you will learn to stop......(pause)..... breathe in some fresh air and focus on and come to realization to what YOU want your life to be.


This is going to be fun!! YOU will definitely want to come back for more. YOU can become THAT person.....whomever THAT person is....only YOU know. Lets unleash that inner DIVA and move through life with grace, confidence, and sparkle. Yes, I just said sparkle. We all have the sparkle and I've seen lots of sparkle peeking out from under the surface of despair. It's there peeps....let it out....let shine!


So, first step right now, right this minute.....is to STOP. Pause. Breathe. Close yours eyes. Relax yours shoulders. CLEAR your mind. FOCUS on your breath. Let all of the STRESS melt away. INHALE through nose. HOLD BREATH...about 3 seconds. EXHALE SLOWLY through mouth. REPEAT. REPEAT. REPEAT. 


Now that you have those cobwebs, dust bunnies, sludge, cement.....ok, you get the picture...cleared out. It's time to focus on YOU. Nobody else but YOU


Step two.....make a list. I know.... you're thinking really Tisa a list. I HATE list..... Well, you're gonna love list and how these annoying list will actually give YOU power over what it is you're wanting to accomplish.


List 10 - 20 things that YOU want to accomplish. NOT. Just what you know you can accomplish. But, what you want to accomplish. By wanting...YOU can! Got it. Pretty simple. Right? YES, it is....just shake your head up and down. There you go!


Here's my list....and not in any particular order: 

  1. Write a wellness BLOG
  2. Eat more veggies
  3. Build a Pergola
  4. Train my dog to not jump on people
  5. Find a new hairstyle that is super sassy
  6. Exercise more
  7. Do yoga
  8. Eat less processed foods
  9. Educate people about essential oils
  10. Grow my essential oils business
  11. Laugh more
  12. Travel more
  13. Get more sleep
  14. Spend more time with friends
  15. Look better in my swim suit this year
  16. Empower people with knowledge about wellness
  17. Get my office organized
  18. Finish remodel on kitchen
  19. Get another companion for my dog
  20. Start an online jewelry shop for essential oils jewelry
 Now, take your list and tape it to your mirror, fridge or where ever you will see it daily. Read it ever day. Mark off as you accomplish something on your list. Be PROUD. Smile. Sparkle.

I definitely have some work to do but I have accomplished some things on my list. Most others is a work in progress and will soon have the nice little line through them as mission accomplished. Then I make a new list....and REPEAT.
