So I've been having a little life coaching of my own. Yes. We. All. Need. Our. Shit. Worked. On! I study the work of Brooke Castillo. This girl ROCKS!!!

My first advice is to go to your podcast app on your phone or iPad and subscribe to her podcast. Brooke Castillo Life Coach School........and are you ready for this? It's FREE!!!!

My second advice is to get yourself all wrapped up in Mind Management to help you get your shit together and start living a more abundant life. I will have all kinds of fabulous info and activities to help guide you along this journey you're about to take.

I'll just give you a taste of what's she teaches! And I challenge you to be proactive in your quest to become the person you want to be by listening to each and every one of her podcast.

Why You Aren't Taking Action

I will use the same model that Brooke uses to define the map of your travels through this life changing journey.

Circumstance

  • Things you can not control...............which are neutral until you have a thought about it
  • Your past..............everyone has one
  • Other people's behavior............yep, every single person you come in contact with
  • What's going on in the world............totally out of your control
  • Facts.........

Thoughts

  • When you add clarifiers.......i.e.. wonderful, fabulous, lousy, hateful, amazing, etc.
  • What you think about yourself

Feelings

  •  One word description.... i.e. happy, sad, caring.

Actions

  • All feelings drive your action...i.e.overeating, over drinking, regret, unmotivated, etc.

Results

  • Outcome

You Are In Control

So when you're faced with a circumstance you have thoughts about that circumstance which gives you feelings about that thought which drives your actions and gives you your result. 

You are in control of how you respond to circumstances! Start thinking with more positive thoughts and these thoughts will create positive feelings leading you to better actions giving you AMAZINGLY results!!

To be better than you are at this moment you must be willing to make changes and come face-to-face with some hard painful realities. You. Can. Do. This. I know you can can....because I did. I'll be right there with you along the way. I am your biggest cheerleader. I believe that you have the guts to do this. I believe you will succeed.

Mind Management is going to be your big ole pile of info that you will need to get your life moving in the direction you want it to go. If you don't know where you want it to go. That's okay. Along the way you will start seeing your life more clearly and that is when you'll get a clearer idea of where you want your life to head.

I can't wait for you to get started. To get focused. To start taking yourself seriously. To conquer your fears. To become the badass that you are.
