21-Day Challenge.....Who's in?

I Am A Sucker

I saw this the other night as I was perusing Pinterest. I am such a sucker for challenges. Such a sucker that last year I agreed to do a 30-day squat challenge to help a friend stay accountable. If any of you have done this challenge you know that it's pretty crazy. Something like over or close to 3000 squats in one month. Ridiculous. Right? 

Don't Ever Give UP

Anyhow, I kept at it and finished the month feeling pretty good. It wasn't too bad at all actually. BUT. The friend that challenged me wasn't quit the diehard as I was....nope, she did not finish. So, I challenge her this time. I'll let you know if she can handle the pressure.   

For reals, peeps! Let's do this. A strong core will rock your world.

Each day of the challenge you add all previous days so that on the 21st day you will be doing all 21 exercises.  : ) Sounds like fun. Right? Well it is. I love this challenge and I think you will too. Time to get off your butt and stop making excuses. No better time than right now to improve your health.
